Manuli Hydraulics is globally respected for the breadth and versatility of our hydraulic fittings range. Comprising over 6,000 references, we have fittings to suit most of the common international standards as well as the specific requirements of several of our important OEM customers.

The Manuli Hydraulics fittings range is made up of 3 families: MF2000, MF3000 and Smart Connectors.

The MF2000 range comprises our core range of two-piece fitting solutions and has over 4,000 references: Multifit (MF) – Simple and cost effective universal solution for wire spiral and wire braid hoses Minifit (MN) – Extremely compact fittings for braided hose (DN6 to DN10) Interlock Plus (IP) – Maximum reliability for very high pressure wire spiral hoses in heavy-duty applications Interlock Super (IS) – High-tech swaged fittings for very large bore wire spiral hose Spiral fit (SP) – No-skive insert for wire spiral hoses and large bore hose Xtralock (XL) – Designed for ultra high pressure hydraulic power lines Blastlock (BL) – Ultra high pressure insert for water-blasting applications Pushlock (PL) – Insert solution for low pressure applications without the need for a swaged ferrule

The MF3000 range is made up of one-piece fittings for hoses at medium/high pressures: One-Piece Flat (OPF) – No-skive, compact and flat-crimp fittings for wire braid hoses up to 1’’ One-Piece Kompact (OPK) – No-skive, compact and flat-crimp fittings for wire spiral and wire braid high pressure hoses up to 2’’

There are also three types of Smart Connectors available: RotoFit – A well-known and patented Manuli Hydraulics solution designed to eliminate hose twist under external torques, which can be a major contributor to premature hose failure.

The additional advantage of RotoFit is that it is a “Direct-to-Hose” and “Direct-to-Port” solution. By eliminating the need for adaptors, the number of possible leak points is reduced.

EasyFit – The Manuli “threadless” fittings solution for quick and easy installation of assemblies.

This innovative termination end is fitted with a simple axial push, allowing the hose to self-align and thus improve service life. Maintenance and repair time is also drastically reduced and installation / disconnection in restricted spaces is far easier.

Moreover the “Direct-to-Port” concept eliminates the need for adaptors and the possibility of related leakages.

All EasyFit fittings have an eco-friendly coating treatment for superior corrosion performance.

FastFit – A “one plug” connection consisting of a male half integrated onto the hose and then inserted into the female cartridge. This easy and safe operation does not require any tools for assembly and allows easy installation in restricted areas or in complex configurations.

FastFit comes in a wide range of cartridges with direct connection on most standard ports, including BSP, SAE METRIC and NPTF.
